Consultations: Astrology consultations are conducted online via video call, phone call, or chat, as per the selected service. Appointment details will be shared via email after booking confirmation.
Training Services: Online training sessions are conducted through pre-scheduled live classes or pre-recorded content. Access details will be provided via email after enrollment.
Birth Chart Downloads: Personalized digital birth charts are generated and delivered via email in PDF format. Customers will receive their orders within the specified time frame mentioned on the product page.
2. Delivery Timeframes
Consultations: Booking confirmation and scheduling details are sent within 24 hours of payment.
Training Services: Access to live or recorded sessions is granted within 24 hours of payment.
Digital Birth Charts: Delivered within the time frame mentioned at the time of order, usually within 15 business days.
3. Delivery Method
All services and digital products are delivered through email or online platforms. Customers are responsible for providing a valid and accessible email address during the booking or purchase process.
4. Non-Delivery Issues
If you do not receive your service details or digital product within the stated timeframe, please check your spam/junk folder. If the issue persists, contact us at consult@hexaastro.in with your order details.
5. Refunds & Cancellations
As our services are digital, refunds or cancellations are subject to our Refund Policy.
Rescheduling of consultations is allowed with prior notice of at least 24 hours before the scheduled session.
