At Hexa Astro, we offer digital spiritual services such as astrology consultations, tarot readings, and numerology reports — all provided online only via chat or voice (no video or in-person sessions). Please read our policy carefully before booking a session.
Refund Policy
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for any of our services under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to:
Dissatisfaction with service outcomes
Change of mind after booking
Missed or delayed appointments
Technical issues on the client’s side (internet/mobile problems)
Since our services are delivered digitally and tailored specifically to each individual, they are not eligible for return or cancellation once initiated.
Cancellation Policy (for Paid Appointments)
You may request to reschedule your session by notifying us at least 12 hours in advance. Rescheduling is subject to availability and is not guaranteed. If you fail to notify us within this period, the session will be considered consumed, and no refund or credit will be issued.
No Physical Goods
We do not sell or ship any physical products. Therefore, traditional return and shipping terms do not apply.
First-Time Free Sessions
Our free 3-minute tarot or numerology session is available only once per person. Any attempt to misuse or request multiple free readings may result in denial of service.
